1. Preamble
According to the Law of Ukraine dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI "On the Protection of Personal Data", personal data is information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified.
According to the Privacy Policy, the concept of "personal information" includes information or a part of information that allows you to be identified. This includes first and last name, nickname, email address and phone number, and may also include information such as IP address. We can receive such information directly from you, for example, when registering on the site, providing contact data, information received from a bank card or payments, as well as other personal information that you voluntarily provided to us.
CF "Fund for assistance to cancer patients" identification code 44844827 (hereinafter - the Fund) takes all legal measures to preserve the confidential (personal) information of all persons, without exception, who visited the site, as well as those who use the services provided by the site; in connection with this, the Fund strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual or legal entity that is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and providing the most comfortable conditions for using the Site's services for each user.
2. Use and purpose of personal data collection.
By providing his personal data to the Foundation on the Foundation's website https://mercy-centre.com/ (hereinafter the website), when registering or making a voluntary donation or fulfilling other terms of this Agreement, the Donor gives the Foundation his voluntary consent to processing, use (including placing them in the "Reports" section on the Foundation's website) of their personal data, as well as taking other actions provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", without limiting the validity period of such consent.
The Foundation has the right to publish the personal data of the donor only after receiving his written application to the official e-mail address of the Foundation: [email protected].
2.3. The Foundation undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Donor without his consent, except for exceptions expressly provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
2.4. It is not considered a violation for the Foundation to provide information to third parties acting on the basis of this Agreement with the Donor, including for the fulfillment of obligations to the Donor (posting them in the "Reports" section on the Foundation's website), as well as in cases where the disclosure of such information is established by the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
2.5. The donor is responsible for keeping his personal data up-to-date.
2.6. The Foundation is not responsible for poor performance or non-fulfilment of its obligations due to the irrelevance of information about the Donor or its inconsistency.
2.7. The donor is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when transferring the donation.
3. Consent to the processing of personal data
3.1. In order to comply with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and to fulfill the terms of the Agreement, the Donor consents to the collection and processing of personal data.
